One of the things I love most about my work is that no two days are ever the same. There’s always a new customer, a new situation, or a different task to be done, and I find tackling those new and different things to be very rewarding.

Using Text Request has been a great way for us to save time and costs. Before Text Request, a customer would contact us and we’d drive out to their home or business to see what the problem was and give an estimate. Now they just text us pictures.
We discuss their needs, then attach the photos to the work orders technicians take in the field with them. It’s been a good experience for everyone.
